HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

E-Mail — Please leave us your contact information and a short description of product you are interested in. We will reply shortly. If you know what you want to order, please specify what kind of product and quantity you would like to order, but for your own security, do not leave your credit card information until one of us calls you and confirms the order.

By Phone — Call us at 718 956 0555 and ask for Marco or Leo. We will be happy to answer any of your questions regarding the Products we sell. If we happen to be assisting other customers, please leave us your contact information, reason for your call, and we will return your call shortly.

Visit Us — We encourage you to visit us and select the woods you like. We are open Monday - Friday 9AM - 5 PM EST and by appointment. The facility is convenient to public transportation and there is ample amount of parking in the vicinity. We are close to LaGuardia Airport, Queensboro and Triboro Bridges and several major highways. We are about 20 minutes from Manhattan’s Time Square by subway or car. Please call us prior to your visit for more informations.

Payment: We accept all major credit cards, money orders and bank checks. On mail orders we will accept personal and business checks. Please allow time to clear the checks prior to shipment.

NY Sales Tax: The current NY State Sales Tax rate is 8.875%.

Handling, shipping and crating: All orders will be shipped via UPS ground, Yellow Freight or a comparable freight company. Crating will carry an extra $ 75.00 charge.

Tone Wood — With your first order of tone wood you will receive free shipping and handling. No minimum order required. Any order over $1,000.00 will receive 5% discount.
Piano Soundboards — With your first of order you will receive a 5% discount. Any order over 10 soundboard planks will receive 10% discount.
